DA PTA In-class presentation with GENEVIEVE SALERNO & MELLOW THE OWL

This spring the DA PTA is offering to sponsor in-class presentations with Genevieve Salerno, a local wildlife rehabilitator, along with her wildlife ambassador Mellow, to grades Pre-K - 5 at DA Elementary school. 

Presentations are 45 minutes in length, and can either focus on the science and biology of owls and their importance in ecology, or the significance and presence of owls in folklore and mythology.

Presentations are being offered on Monday or Friday mornings from 8am-12pm from March 9 through April 3. 

Workshops are offered on a first come, first serve basis until filled.

$50 Teacher Reimbursement

Delaware Academy PTA (DA PTA) is excited to offer DA Instructors (Teachers, Assistants, and Aides) a one-time reimbursement for any classroom expenses, up to $50 within the 2025 - 2026 school year. 

Please complete this Google Form and upload your receipts and we'll write you a check and leave it in your school mailbox!
