The Delaware Academy PTA is pleased to announce it will be offering two scholarships to Delaware Academy Seniors in the class of 2024 pursuing higher education at accredited colleges, universities, and trade, or technical schools. Each scholarship will be awarded in the amount of $500 dollars.

The Delaware Academy PTA believes in both the importance of service to our diverse communities and lifelong education. We see higher education as a vehicle for individual growth and development that can also build a foundation for community service. The DA PTA will select two students to receive a scholarship who describe a compelling vision of how they intend to use their educational opportunities to better serve others.

Applicants are asked to submit the following:

A panel of two staff members from Delaware Academy and a student leader will evaluate each submission anonymously and award the scholarships.

Deadline: April 1, 2024
Scholarship announced. May 30, 2024

PTA is for everyone: parents, guardians, grandparents, teachers and staff, community members and more. Joining and / or volunteering with PTA doesn’t require any specific time commitments. Volunteering is amazing, but becoming a supporting member for $6 a year is enough!
